G2 Solutions LLC was founded by Megan Smith as a way to serve non-profits and small businesses who may not have the capacity for large teams or the need for specialized expertise throughout the year, but are looking for additional assistance.

Megan enjoys project-based work and thrives on the opportunity to be creative. With 15 years of non-profit and small business experience, she brings her broad background and skillset to the table when collaborating with partners. Megan has worked in the areas of higher education and healthcare along with small business support through her leadership of a local chamber of commerce. Her experience in marketing and communication, grant writing, fundraising and event planning makes her skillset unique and an asset to your organization.

Ms. Smith values hard work, integrity and honesty. She and her husband, who is also a business-owner, have two sons and reside in Kansas. They are avid KSU Wildcats, WSU Shockers and KC Chiefs fans, enjoy boating and traveling along with spending time playing sports as a family. Megan is a speech communication graduate of Baker University and has earned 19-masters level credit hours from the Elliott School of Communication at Wichita State University.
